According to police sources, 20 year old Manahil had tied the knot with Habib, who was residing in Saudi Arabia, six months ago. The woman demanded her spouse to return to Pakistan at once which he refused after which she consumed poison, killing herself.
Rescue 1122 team transferred the woman to Civil Hospital where the doctors pronounced her dead.
On the other hand, Baghbanpura Police have launched the investigation of the case.
