According to details, armed men opened fire at the para-military personnel when they conducted raid in Nawalane area of Lyari. An exchange of fire took place between the two sides in which two terrorists were killed.
A Rangers spokesman said that the slain terrorists could not be identified however drugs and automatic weapons were seized from their possession.
On the other hand, police arrested two suspected criminals Hashim and Mohammad Khan from Hyderi area with illegal weapons.
A car-lifter named Iftikhar alias Sohail was arrested from Garden area whereas two street robbers were nabbed from Ittehad Town area of the metropolis.
