ISLAMABAD: Special Court on Tuesday resumed hearing of treason case against former president Pervez Musharraf as the counsel of Musharraf, resumed his arguments before the bench, ARY News reported.
Three-member special court headed by Justice Faisal Arab yesterday granted exemption to Musharraf from appearance and ordered his lawyers to submit his medical reports on Tuesday (today).
Justice Faisal Arab, head judge of the special court, yesterday said that Pervez Musharraf have to appear before the court on Tuesday if he recovers from illness.
