The trio of MQM MNAs – Ali Raza Abidi, Rehan Hashmi and Muhammad Ali Rashid – took a selfie. The picture was subsequently shared by Mr. Abidi on his Twitter account, showing a group of party leaders.
Some on the social media questioned whether the MQM MNAs were joyful after tendering their resignations, as the lawmakers, by the looks, were also smiles.
