LAHORE: Three people including a mother and her child were killed in different roof-collapse incidents in Lahore, ARY News reports.
The roof collapsed due to torrential rains in the city.
Sources reported that five persons were injured when a roof of a dilapidated house fell at Kot Khwaja Saeed area. Rescue teams arrived at the spot and shifted the wounded to a hospital where a woman and her daughter succumbed to their injuries.
One person was killed and another was wounded in separate roof-collapse incidents.
Three others were wounded in a similar incident at Burki Road.
A married couple were injured when a house roof collapsed at Domoriya Bridge.
