ISLAMABAD: Security Exchange Corporation of Pakistan (SECP) has expressed its inability to intervene in the matters of Independent Power Producers (IPPs) in response to a letter of the Water & Power Minister seeking the regulator's intervention in alleged financial irregularities in IPPs.
