The federal government has prepared recommendations for bringing reformations in police forces which would be briefed to Prime Minister Imran Khan by a high-powered committee.
Spokesperson to Punjab Chief Minister Dr Shahbaz Gill on Sunday said that the provincial government would soon introduce reforms in police force and added that a summary in this regard has been sent to Prime Minister Imran Khan for final approval.
A concerned committee of ministers has completed consultations with legal experts, while the input of police officials and their proposals have also been added in the proposed law, the adviser said.
