The victim’s father said CM’s Advisor on Information Murtaza Wahab told him that a judicial commissioner under a judge of the Supreme Court would be formed which would see all the cases of negligence in hospitals.

He said it was not just a matter of Nishwa, two other children had also lost their lives.

Sources said Amir Chishti is ready to pay a hefty amount in damages to the victim’s father so that the cases against hospital can possibly be withdrawn.
