At this very moment, millions of Muslims from all around the world are performing their Hajj (pilgrimage) to Mecca. In 1964 Malcolm X did just that. The Hajj journey drastically changed the course of his life. It especially changed his views on racism. He was so humbled from his experience that he wrote this letter during his time in Mecca.
