Courts can annul a law, policy deemed against basic rights, says CJ

JAMSHORO: Chief Justice (CJ) of Pakistan Anwar Zaheer Jamali on Saturday said the courts can invalidate a law or a policy they found in contrast with basic rights, ARY News reported.
