ISLAMABAD: Pakistan will invest $8.5 million to expand a network of glacier monitoring stations tracking the pace of glacial melt in the Hindu Kush, Karakoram and Himalayan mountain ranges, in an effort to strengthen early warning systems and reduce the impact of flooding in the South Asian country.

A Polish photographer took some breathtakingly beautiful pictures of the mountain K2 with a drone, whilst he was shooting for a documentary in the region.

SKARDU: Pakistan Army has rescued a Slovenian climber Kajetan Rock Decman who fell sick during Karakoram expedition at height of 6,000 meter.  

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Air Force on Thursday inducted Karakoram Eagle AWACS aircraft to its squadron in a ceremony in Karachi, ARY News reported.
