Supreme Court adjourns hearing of GIDC case for one week

The lawyer of a private gas company, Muneer A Malik, pleaded the court to adjourn the hearing due to Supreme Court Bar's annual elections.

SC pleaded to wait for high court’s verdict on GIDC case

Justice Alam remarked, "Should we wait for the LHC's verdict on GIDC [petitions]?" To this, Justice Arab said that the top court should give a verdict on this matter.

SC fixes GIDC case hearing on September 19

Following the directives of the Prime Minister Imran Khan, Attorney General (AG) filed a petition at the top court’s registrar office which sought immediate hearing of the case.
