Pakistan, Iran sign MoU over establishment of border markets

Pakistan and Iran Wednesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the opening of six market places at border areas of the two countries

PM directs to fast-track establishment of markets along Afghanistan, Iran borders

The meeting was apprised of 18 proposed border markets out of which four will be established under a pilot project.

In an effort to encourage legal business with neighboring countries, Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday accorded approval to set up trade markets along Pakistan's borders with Afghanistan and Iran.
