Law enforcement agencies carried out door to door search operation near Peshawar Airport in which several suspects including illegal Afghan residents were taken into custody.
Heavy contingents of security forces and Police took part in the operation whereas the area was sealed during the crackdown.
It should be noted that security forces have stepped up their operations against militants and suspects after the attack on Peshawar’s Army Public School on December 16th in which 150 people including 135 children and nine staff members were killed.
