According to details, a division bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal heard the appeal filed by Sabir Shah against his death sentence.
Shah has been accused of killing a lawyer in Lahore.
Shah’s counsel Khalid Ranjha informed SC that his client’s age is 17 years.
The bench issued a stay order and advised the lawyer to contact the Appellate Court as the case can be heard in a higher court after the appellate forum’s verdict.
