According to details, police officer Saifullah will also be indicted. Justice Amir Hani remarked that a man commits mistake once but not repeatedly. He also commented that Saifullah had earlier lost his job as many as three times.
“This is not a mistake, but deliberate violation,” commented Justice Amir Hani. The judge also questioned as to why Saifullah was sent on deputation despite Supreme Court’s orders.
