ARY News has attained a copy of the draft of the proposed law titled Establishment and Regulation of Security Zone 2014. The ordinance will be enforced with immediate effect.
According to sources, the ordinance could also be enforced to entire federal capital territory as whole.
Under the proposed law the gathering of five or more people and holding protest will be prohibited.
The violation of the law will be punished with three years in jail and Rs 10,000 fine.
