RAWALPINDI: A man in Rawalpindi gunned down his wife in front of children over a domestic dispute, ARY News reported on Tuesday.
The horrific incident took place in Rawalpindi’s Khalid Colony in the vicinity of the Dhamial police station. The slain woman was residing at her sister’s home after having a fight with her husband.
The man killed his wife when she was returning to home from the local market.
CPO Rawalpindi Khalid Hamdani took notice of the incident and ordered the police officials to immediately arrest the accused Muhammad Siddiq.

A case was registered at the local police station.
In June, a Sargodha man had killed his wife and a child.
According to police, the incident took place in the suburbs of Sargodha, where a man killed his wife and killed over an unknown reason.
The man was arrested, who later confessed to killing his wife and child, the police said and added further investigation was underway.
