The Rangers officials scaled the walls of the house and arrested him. No reason for the arrest has been given,” the MQM said. In thorough search of Malik’s house, they seized his academic records and certificates. They have transferred the arrested MQM leader to an undisclosed place, the party statement said. Kamal Malik, a former Nazim of Gulbarg Town, is believed to be “seriously ill” and had undergone a liver transplant two years ago, the party said.
