Rafique, speaking at a press conference in Multan, said that no one will be allowed to have their demands met through gunpoint.
The railways minister also said that Baloch nationalists groups were allowed to form a provincial government for the first time. He added that separation movements of Balochistan and Bangladesh are completely different.
It should be noted that bodies of eight Punjabi labourers were found from Hub city of Balochistan on Sunday morning.
