QUETTA: At least three personnel of Frontier Corps (FC) were killed and six others were injured in a remote controlled bomb attack at their convoy here in Quetta on Saturday, ARY News reports.
Their convoy was attacked by a remote controlled bomb as it was on a regular patrol duty at Sorab area of Quetta. Intense firing followed the bomb attack. Three FC men were killed and six other personnel were injured in the incident.
Two of the injured are said to be in critical condition.
According to a spokesperson of Frontier Corps, the security forces returned fire at the attackers. The area has been cordoned off by the force.
