KARACHI: Police arrested two Afghan nationals in a raid at Karachi’s Sohrab Goth area, ARY News reported on Saturday.
Police carried out a raid in Sohrab Goth on revelations made by arrested suspects and arrested two Afghan nationals named Afzal alias Kasaab and Shah Mir Asbak.
Weapons were recovered from the arrested suspects.
Afzal and Asbak are said to be involved in serious crimes including murder, attempt to murder and extortion.
Meanwhile, law enforcement agencies nabbed two persons during patrolling at Baldia Town.
According to Police, the arrested persons were taking pictures of sensitive installments. They introduced themselves as Rangers personnel when being asked.
Police took the two men into custody and has started investigation against them.
