ISLAMABAD: Shujaat Azeem, Prime Minister's special assistant for aviation, violated the rules of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) as he took the interviews for the position of directors on Wednesday, ARY News reports from Islamabad.
According to sources, Shujaat Azeem called the junior officers Maqsood Ahmed, Usmanullah Qureshi and Amir Ali to Islamabad for the interviews for the position of Directors of Engineering.
Sources have further reported, the interviews for directors can only be done by the Chairman PIA. The special assistant is not empowered to conduct the interviews.
