ISLAMABAD: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) administration has fired an air hostess in its premier service over smuggling mobile phones, ARY News reported on Saturday.
According to an airport source, the air hostess serving in the national airliner named Mahwish, smuggled mobile phones of various brands in London to Lahore flight PK-758.
Customs officials, during the search, seized six valuable iPhone 6 and a Samsung cellphone from her possession.
The air hostess has confessed her crime during the questioning by the customs officials, sources said.
PIA authorities have sacked the air hostess from job over her illegal actions.
