PIA employees with their illegal practices creating bad image for the country on international level.
The airlines’ management has also ordered investigation against more than 30 employees and prohibited their posting on the international flights, sources said.
According to sources after recent smuggling incident and arrest of the employees at London airport, the airlines’ management has ordered inquiry against more than 30 airhostesses over their involvement in criminal offences. They were also prohibited for posting at the overseas flights.
It is pertinent to mention that the British and European aviation authorities had issued warnings to PIA threatening ban over its operations in case of involvement of the airlines’ staff in smuggling and other illegal activities.
