KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee on Friday gained .3 paisas against the US dollar in the interbank market, ARY News reported.
According to forex dealers, the local currency closed at Rs221.92 per dollar on Friday, up Rs 0.03 from Thursday’s close of Rs221.95, according to the State Bank of Pakistan.

The dollar is being sold between Rs226 to 228 in the open market, the forex dealers said.
