RAWALPINDI: Commander Polish Land Forces Brigadier General Wojclech Granowshi has acknowledged and appreciated efforts of Pakistan in the fight against terrorism.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations, General Granowshi made these remarks during a meeting with Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at the General Headquarters.
Both the dignitaries exchanged their views on regional security situation and issues of mutual interest including defence, training, and bilateral security cooperation.
The visiting delegation was given a detailed briefing on operational and training activities of Pakistan Army.
Earlier, on arrival at GHQ, the Commander of the Polish Land Force laid a floral wreath at Yadgar-e-Shuhada. A smartly turned out contingent of Pakistan Army presented the guard of honor to the visiting dignitary.
