‘Pakistan concerned over illegal detention of Kashmir leaders’

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Office on Saturday expressed concern over illegal detention of separatist leaders in India-Occupied Kashmir, ARY News reported.

“Pakistan wants immediate attention of the World to stop the genocide by India in Occupied Kashmir and  seeks release of endangered Hurriyat Leaders,” sai d the Foreign Office spokesman Nafees Zakaria.

He added that people & government  of Pakistan are deeply concerned over constantly deteriorating situation in Indian Occupied Kashmir and urge the World to assign fact finding missions to IoK and initiate trial of all those responsible for crimes against humanity in the valley.

It is pertinent to note here that All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) Chairman, Syed Ali Gilani, the Chairman of his own Hurriyet forum, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, and the Chairperson of Dukhtaran-e-Millat, Aasiya Andrabi have been detained by Indian forces in the Occupied Kashmir.
