Police has transferred the dead bodies to local hospital for postmortem.
According to police, two deceased have been identified as Asghar Ali and Mushtaq Ali and they were residents of Mardan and Sawabi districts.
A police spokesman has said that the initial investigations pointed out that the four men were subjected to torture after abduction and later shoot to death.
The deadly incident has caused harassment and panic in the area.
