“Since the murder was seen by a large number of people, so there remains no doubt as to who is the murderer. The government writ should be established if crimes were to be finished,” he said after offering Fateha with family of Fahad Malik, nephew of former chairman senate Muhammad Mian Soomro.
Fahad was killed in a ‘senseless’ firing incident while mediating a dispute between two parties.
The PTI chief said Nawaz Sharif should take measures to end crimes. Crimes could not be eradicated, unless the criminals did not have fear of getting arrested.
“The prime minister is responsible to arrest Fahad’s killers. The murderer killed Fahad in front of a police station. He knew that nobody could arrest him. Who is behind the murderer that he has no fear?” he said.
This should be noted that prime suspect in Fahad Malik case, Raja Arshad, has been granted protective bail by Lahore High Court till August 30.
