National security, integrity can't be compromised, says Fazl

ISLAMABAD: Jamiat Ulema Islam-Fazl (JUIF) Chief, Molana Fazlur Rahman has said that restoration of peace in the country has become an issue and now the violent policy is intolerable – ARY News reports.

Talking to media at Islamabad Press Club on Tuesday, Molana Fazlur Rahman stressed on the need of reviewing Pakistan's foreign policy and told that he is trying to change the direction of the Government in this regard.

He added that Pakistan does not want a war with anyone, yet the national security and integrity cannot be compromised.

Speaking about negotiations with Taliban, the JUIF Chief stated that there are hurdles in the way of restoration of peace and fresh efforts are required to muster up scattered things.

He urged for understanding situation behind the scene in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), which the JUIF pointed.

Fazl claimed that his party is not aimed at taking over KP Government; rather it talks of an alternate system in the province.
