ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) summoned the National Accountability Court (NAB) over notices to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in the toshakhana case, ARY News reported on Monday.
As per details, the court announced the verdict reserved over the NAB notices in toshakhana case.
Bushra Bibi, the wife of former prime minister Imran Khan earlier challenged the NAB call-up notices in Islamabad High Court (IHC) in the Toshakhana case.
The plea stated that the court should declare the NAB call-up notices on February 17 and March 16, illegal and the inquiry should be barred from making changes in the investigation till the final verdict.

NAB had summoned Bushra Bibi , the wife of former prime minister Imran Khan on March 21 in the Toshakhana case. The antigraft body had summoned Imran Khan case on March 9.
It may be noted that earlier, Bushra Bibi and other PTI leaders were summoned in the Toshakhana case on March 9, but they did not show up.
The case
The Toshakhana issue became a major sticking point in national politics after the Election Commission of Pakistan disqualified the PTI chief for making “false statements and incorrect declaration” last month.
