In his exclusive word with ARY News, General (R) Pervez Musharraf expressed his astonishment saying, “They call me a dictator, I ask them is this democracy prevailing in the state”. He condemned PEMRA’s decision of suspending ARY News in strong words and labeled it as injustice.
On the other hand, PPP lawmaker and senior jurist, Aitzaz Ahsan said PEMRA did not provide ARY News a chance to clarify its position, which is quite wrong.
He added that ARY News has full right of clarification and condemned the one-sided decision by the regulatory authority.
