His family called the doctors who arrived and conducted a check-up on the ex-president. They advised that Mr. Musharraf needed hospitalization.
Reports said the ex-president will be moved to PNS Shifa Hospital amid tight security.
Musharraf suffered health deterioration for couple of times in the last 10 days. On February 11, he had fainted at home and was moved to hospital and stayed there for around 5 hours. Doctors had advised him complete rest.
Five days later, he again fell ill. But he had his medical check-up done at home.
He has been braving health issues for some time. In 2014, he was taken to hospital following a heart-related problem the day he was scheduled to appear in the court.
