Deputy Convenor of MQM Rabita Committee, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui in a statement said that only one person could not be blamed for the incident and all concerned are responsible for the tragedy in which several persons drowned to death.
He urged for legislation to avoid repeat of such deadly incidents in future.
He expressed sorrow over the Sea View beach incident and sympathized with the aggrieved families.
