The internet service was also suspended in the aforesaid zone owing to security reasons. The capital city administration had ordered the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) to suspend cellular phone service in the federal capital.
Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan said entry of irrelevant persons will also be banned in the red zone to prevent any untoward incident.
The minister said life of common people will not be let paralyzed.
