RAHIM YAR KHAN: The two missing boats, carrying a wedding party, were found in Rait River earlier today, ARY News reports.
The boats had gone missing near Zahir Pir area as they were en route to Rukunpur from Kacha Karachi in Rahim Yar Khan yesterday. More than 250 passengers were in the boats when the incident occurred.
Missing boats were found by police and the locals after hours of struggle. According to police, the boats had moved away from their track due to bad weather and got trapped in Rait River due to less water.
The wedding parties and the boats have been safely rescued.
