LAHORE: Film-star Meera on Wednesday advised former cricketer and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan to remarry Jemima Goldsmith.

As a court hearing the double Nikah case allowed her to marry, reporters bombarded her with questions regarding her marriage.
Meera maintained that she will definitely marry someone, upon which, the reporters asked her if she will marry Imran Khan if he asks her hand in marriage.
“Imran Khan is a good politician and he should remarry Jemima (his ex-wife),” Meera replied innocently.
The actress also sang Celine Dion’s “My Heart Will Go On” upon reporters’ request.
Earlier, a family court hearing the double Nikah case filed against her by a trader Ateequr Rehman allowed Meera to marry on grounds that Ateeq failed to prove her marriage with the actress.
The court will now hear the case on daily basis and will announce its verdict on December 30.
