SIALKOT: A fresh video clip has surfaced in which a man can be seen torturing special children in a bus, ARY News reported.
This is reportedly third incident of torture on physically challenged kids in Punjab. The latest footage is reportedly from Sialkot in which a man brutally beats a deaf and mute boy and pulls head scarf of a girl.
The guy can be seen shoving the boy here and there in the bus. This torture terrified the other schoolkids as well. When one girl summoned courage to protest against this behavior, she was also treated badly.
Last month a local court sent two suspects, involved in torturing special children in a bus, on one-day transitory remand.
