KARACHI: Police on Wednesday arrested a man who went on crime spree looting over two dozens citizens in just a few hours, ARY News reported.
The street criminal, identified as Junaid, went on solo crime spree in central district brandishing a gun and looting from 24 citizens within just three hours.
Police said the suspect stole a repeater rifle from a security guard at a clinic. Later, he went on crime spree looting from several citizens targeting cab-hailing drivers.
He was eventually apprehended by Brigade police station. Police have recovered sixteen stolen mobile phones, a bag, the repeater gun.
A motorcycle which was reportedly stolen from Nazimabad was also seized. Further investigation is underway while the suspect is being interrogated.
