According to details, 33-year-old Seth Tichenor was pulled over by Police in Royalton area after getting reports of a speeding vehicle.
Tichenor was driving at 112 mph in a 65 mph zone.
After being stopped by the cops, the 33-year-old told the authorities that he was heading to a traffic court in ordder to get a speeding ticket resolved.
He was arrested for excessive speeding but was later released.
