Rehman Malik, speaking to media, said that Raza Rabbani will be elected as Chairman Senate whereas the name for the post of Deputy Chairman of the Parliament’s upper house has not been finalized yet.
The opposition parties have nominated Raza Rabbani of PPP for the post of Chairman Senate with concensus.
“This is a good step taken by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to support the Senate chairman nominated by the opposition parties”, he said.
