His action was reported by the Champions League Twenty20 (CLT20) administration during the match of Lahore Lions’ against Kolkata Knight Riders on Sunday.
He took one wicket while conceding 28 runs in his four overs during the match against Indian Premier League (IPL) champions.
The event administration has given Rasool the go-ahead for the Lions’ encounter against Chennai Super Kings.
It should be noted that Adnan Rasool was being considered as a replacement for ace Pakistani spinner Saeed Ajmal who was banned by International Cricket Council (ICC) over an illegal bowling action.
