The petitioner had stated that PAT Chairman Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri was incititng the masses on rebellion by giving religious references in his speeches.
It was further said that a Canadian national wants to destroy the law and order situation of Pakistan due to which he filed a case in Data Darbar Police Station but the police did not take action on it. He pleaded the court to issue the arrest orders of Qadri.
The court rejected the petition and ordered him to contact the concerned forum.
