On a tip-off regarding some suspicious house in the area, police and Rangers raided a house and found a motorbike in which explosives weighing 10 kilograms were planted.
They immediately called the Bomb Disposal Squad to the site and the BDS team successfully defused the improvised explosives device.
SSP Baldia Shaukat Shahani confirmed that the explosives weighing 10-kg were found planted in a bike. He said search operation had begun in the area to catch suspects, involved in planning a terror plot.
