KARACHI: Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) welcomed the year 2014 with the boost of 347.71 points or 1.38 percent on Wednesday, ARY News reported.
KSE 100-Index breaks all the previous record and closed at all time highest peak of all time at 25608.85 points.
High and Low were 25628.41 and 25261.14 respectively.
Total volume traded in the market was 198,346,580 and in terms of value it was 8,327,473,775.
Cement, Oil & Gas and Textile sectors were the top traded sector of the day.
The top three advancers were Nestle Pak., Bata (Pak) and Island Textile while Rafhan Maize, Service Ind.Ltd and Sunrays TextileXD were top three decliners.
