KARACHI: Expanding the outreach to cricket talent, Karachi Kings are set to infuse the aspirant cricketers into Pakistan Super League (PSL) third edition under ‘Khiladi Ki Khoj’ programme.
The trials are to be conducted in various cities of Sindh under banner Khiladi Ki Khoj (talent hunt in Sindh) from November 25 (Saturday).
The country’s biggest cricket talent hunt programme aims to provide an opportunity to young cricketers across Sindh province to demonstrate their skills and secure a place in PSL third edition.
Trials in Hyderabad have already begun today (Saturday) which would remain continued until tomorrow (Sunday). Such trials will also be held in other cities of the province include Mirpurkhaas, Omer Kot, Nawabshah, Sukkur, Larkana and Dadu, besides Karachi.
The Karachi Kings will also be holding Cricket Clinics, sharing tips and providing guidance to young players.
Speaking about the talent hunt in Sindh, Owner Karachi Kings franchise and ARY Digital CEO Salman Iqbal said the programme intends to introduce new talent. “We look forward to an exciting series of events and are very hopeful that the talent hunt programme will bring forth great talent,” he said.
Here are trials programme schedule for various cities:
Hyderabad – 25th and 26th November
Mirpurkhaas – 27th and 28th November
Omer kot – 30th November
Nawabshah – 1st and 2nd December
Sukkur – 3rd and 4th December
Larkana – 5th and 6th December
Dadu – 7th and 8th December
and finally in Karachi – 10th to 13th December
