The ban will take effect from Monday midnight and will stay in place until Thursday.
According to police, the ban is imposed in a measure to provide security to polio vaccination teams across the city.
It may be noted here that a policeman deployed for security of anti-polio team was shot dead in the Orangi Town area earlier on Monday.
