Police carried out a search operation in Musa Colony in Gulberg police station jurisdiction and took 24 persons into custody.
The arrested suspects were shifted to police station for questioning.
On the other hand, police raided New Karachi’s Khamiso Goth and arrested 16 suspected persons.
Policemen nabbed a street criminal from Mubeena Town area and recovered weapons along with a stolen motorcycle, officials said.
Moreover, seven other suspects were arrested from different parts of the metropolis.
