Unknown terrorists opened fire at JUI-F’s Maulana Sher Alam Farooqi at Tora Ghundi area of Hangu due to which he was killed. He was heading towards a seminary from his village when he was targetted.
Fear and tension gripped the area after the incident. Police surrounded the area and a search operation was launched for the arrest of the gunmen.
No suspects have been arrested as of yet.
He was also the Vice-Emir of JUI-F Tall tehsil chapter.
